Natural unpasteurized honey will go hard and crystalize over time. It can be kept in this state or placed into a pot of low/medium heat to bring it back to a liquid state.

I love this honey!

This is my second purchase. I love the taste of the various honey - I have tried Wildflower, Lavender and now Ginger/Lemon.
