Natural unpasteurized honey will go hard and crystalize over time. It can be kept in this state or placed into a pot of low/medium heat to bring it back to a liquid state.

Great with crackers/cheese

I have it everyday with my lunch on crackers and cheese. Not too hot and not too mild.
